Job Summary
Conduct proactive surveillance operations to protect the Company's assets and licenses by operating CCTV and related equipment. Observe and report all violations of law, regulations, and procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality. Cooperate with other Station Casinos departments and demonstrate leadership through coaching, training, and motivating surveillance personnel. Perform surveillance reviews or audits to confirm transactions and events, utilizing knowledge of casino games, dealing procedures, and cheating methods. Maintain familiarity with gaming regulations, Company policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Must pass written Surveillance test
- Must be able to obtain a gaming registration
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high-stress situations
- Able to perform all functions required of a Surveillance Agent
- Demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making skills that are in the best interest of Station Casinos
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous Surveillance Agent experience preferred
