Job Summary
Observe all gaming and property activity, including cashiering operations, slot operations, cash handling, and count rooms. Utilize surveillance equipment to respond to, identify, and record questionable activities, then digitally record events in casino, count room, slot booth, and back-of-house areas while reporting illegal and unusual activity. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and complete ongoing training. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports ilani's premier gaming destination on the Cowlitz Reservation in Ridgefield, Washington, featuring extensive gaming space, dining, and entertainment venues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment
- open and receptive to learning new methods
- strong reading, listening, writing, and visual skills and hand-eye coordination
- ability to effectively learn and demonstrate proficiency in surveillance camera operation
- observe and report in an objective manner
- work in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods of time
- work various shifts and flexible hours
- willing to work in a smoking environment
- willing to adhere to company health and safety measures
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in surveillance, investigations, or gaming industry
- CCTV experience
