Surveillance Agent I responsible for monitoring casino operations via CCTV, identifying and reporting irregularities in funds-handling areas, maintaining accurate incident documentation, and ensuring proper video evidence handling; requires knowledge of surveillance systems, ability to produce clear reports, ability to work 24/7 including weekends/holidays, and a valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid state driver’s license
- Insurable driving record
- Minimum of one year of video surveillance, military, loss prevention, security based on CCTV or law enforcement
- Ability to work weekends
- Background checks and drug screening requirements
- Criminal Background Investigation for Gaming License
- Knowledge of Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Tribal Internal Controls Standards, NIGC regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of surveillance activities
- Willingness to work 24/7 including holidays and weekends
