Job Summary
Protect casino assets under the supervision of the Surveillance Supervisor by monitoring the gaming floor and property, identifying security risks, operating cameras and electronic equipment, reporting suspicious or illegal activities, maintaining confidentiality, ensuring responsible gaming practices, and upholding IGB rules and company policies; requires high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with casino operations and surveillance equipment, ability to obtain a gaming license, and strong communication and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with computers, cameras and electronic equipment required
- Knowledge of casino operations required
- Attendance at dealer school strongly preferred
- One (1) year experience as a surveillance operator preferred
- Ability to obtain a gaming license
- Solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals
- Proficient in computer systems
- Ability to work occasional overtime and irregular hours
