Observe casino surveillance activity and monitor electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with laws, procedures, and gaming regulations; document and report variances to internal controls, money handling, and state gaming rules; complete daily audits of department activity and cooperate with other departments during investigations; possess thorough knowledge of all casino games and functions; respond quickly to unusual or suspicious activities; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; maintain required certifications and licenses as regulated; leverage knowledge of CCTV and Microsoft Office tools; contribute to asset protection and operational integrity across gaming environments.
