Surgical Telemetry RN

Conduct comprehensive assessments, implement physician orders, and administer medications while ensuring patient safety protocols. Develop individualized care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families. Reassess patient responses to interventions, adapt care based on changing needs, and communicate updates via Bedside Shift Report. Delegate tasks for seamless care transitions and promptly address hazards to maintain a safe environment. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least one year of RN experience, and Texas licensure, with Basic Life Support certification within 14 days. Located at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center's new McNair Campus, the position offers up to $10,000 in relocation assistance for eligible new hires.
