Surgical Technologist (Travel Direct, Portland OR)

Facilitate physician's performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment while maintaining a sterile field. Verify surgeries with consent forms, bring patients to the operating room, and pass instruments to the surgeon. Prepare sterile tables with necessary instruments, supplies, medications, and solutions; anticipate surgeon needs and perform appropriate counts. Clean and prepare instruments for terminal sterilization, assist with room turnover, and help prep rooms for the next patient. Requires Associate Degree in Surgical Technology, BLS/CPR certification, and ACLS preferred. Located in Roseville, CA; full-time travel opportunity.
