Surgical Technologist - Surgical Services

Prepare and handle supplies and equipment intra-operatively under the leadership of the department director and supervision of an RN to maintain a safe and therapeutic surgical environment. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures while prioritizing quality of care, teamwork, and patient safety. Maintain a 10-hour shift schedule from 0900 to 1930 with required call availability. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required, with Surgical Technologist certification strongly preferred. This role supports Montage Health's mission of providing coordinated care across preventive, restorative, palliative, and restorative services.
