Surgical Technologist | Part Time

Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies while maintaining sterile technique throughout all phases of the procedure. Collaborate with the surgical team to assist with patient positioning, skin preparation, and draping under RN direction. Handle surgical instruments safely, participate in surgical counts and documentation, and ensure a clean environment before, during, and after procedures. Demonstrate competency in age-specific care and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Requires current BLS certification, accredited surgical technology program graduation, and clinical experience in an acute care setting. Works bi-weekly 40-hour shifts with rotation, earning a shift differential for evening, night, or weekend hours.
