Job Summary
Surgical Technologist role supporting surgical teams in an on-site hospital setting (Altoona, WI). Responsibilities include preparing and sterilizing instruments, assisting with procedures, maintaining sterile technique, applying electrocautery, handling specimens, and ensuring patient safety per Universal Protocol. Requires degree from an accredited Surgical Technologist program and BLS certification at minimum; certification preferred and hospital experience preferred. 32 hours per week (.8 FTE) with hourly pay range $29.11-$43.03 depending on experience; benefits include comprehensive health/dental/vision, HSA with employer contribution, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and more. Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Surgical Technologist certification preferred
- BLS certification is required upon hire
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital environment is preferred
