Surgical Technologist

Organize equipment, instruments, and supplies for cases based on patient needs and physician preference while anticipating requirements for medical gases and supplies. Troubleshoot equipment problems to ensure all devices function properly before use and maintain surgical suites that are clean, tidy, and properly stocked. Demonstrate knowledge of sterile processing standards, safe instrumentation handling, and assist with inventory management in accordance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. This role supports nurses and physicians in delivering high-standard patient care within Midwest Vision Partners' network of 16 practices across the Midwest.
