Job Summary
Surgical Technologist needed for an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Bloomington, MN. Responsibilities include preparing supplies, equipment, and instrumentation for each surgery, maintaining sterile technique, supporting the RN and surgeon with instrument handling, updating surgeon preference cards, and assisting in OR setup and cleanup. Position is full-time (32-40 hours/week) with potential travel to other Minnesota Eye locations; starting pay is $35.00-$38.00 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401K, and additional coverage options.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Current BCLS certification required or obtained within first 60 days of employment
- Surgical Technologist certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in a surgical tech role
