Job Summary
Provide technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical interventions under RN supervision. When not directly assisting, participate in patient care rendering under the direction of the Surgical Assistant Coordinator or Registered Nurse. Requires accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate and certification, with 1-3 years of experience. Works 7a to 530p shifts in 4/10 hour blocks. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- Surgical equipment and instruments
- Hospital computer systems
- Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
