Job Summary
Conduct surgical procedures in the operating room under direct supervision, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety throughout the case. Assist the surgical team with instrument preparation, positioning, and draping as required. Maintain accurate documentation of all surgical activities and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Work full-time, permanent, direct-hire shifts with multiple day time options available. This role offers a competitive hourly range of $26.50 to $33.13, including a $11,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Surgical Technologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of Texas
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
