Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist I assists with surgical procedures in the Operating Room as a scrub member of the surgical team under the direction of a registered nurse and a surgeon. Key responsibilities include delivering patient care, collaborating with health care providers, maintaining surgical documentation, acting as a patient advocate, and participating in performance improvement activities. The role requires successful completion of a surgical technology program and strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of surgical technology program

- Sound judgment

Desired Qualifications
- One (1) – three (3) years surgical scrub experience preferred
- CST Certification preferred
