Job Summary
Surgical Technologist III with travel across assigned territory in ophthalmic procedures including cataract/LASIK services. Independent work environment with on-the-job training and company-provided vehicle/equipment. Responsible for moving between facilities to provide expert service, maintaining 8-10 case days per month with non-case days available for work from home or while traveling. Requires holding a Surgical Technology degree, NBSTSA certification (NCCT acceptable per territory), and a valid driver’s license. Must be adaptable, travel-ready, and able to build strong relationships with surgeons and teams; ophthalmic OR experience is a plus. Includes relocation allowances and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist
- degree in Surgical Technology
- certified or eligible to be certified through NBSTSA
- certification through NCCT may be acceptable depending on territory
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR/driiving record
- strong customer service and communication skills
- basic computer skills (company iPhone and iPad)
- ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff
- Ophthalmic OR experience is a plus, not required
- Relocation allowances for qualified candidates
