Surgical Technologist - Full Time, Evening Shift

Surgical Technologist facilitates physician performance of invasive, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment and by maintaining a sterile field to ensure quality patient care during operative procedures. Responsibilities include passing instruments to the surgeon, anticipating needs, performing instrument counts with the circulator, preparing sterile dressings, setting up the sterile table, assisting in room turnover, cleansing and preparing instruments for terminal sterilization, and assisting in prepping the room for the next patient. Requires an Associate Degree or Certificate in Surgical Technology and is positioned for an evening shift within a full-time role at Adventist Health in Marysville, CA. Preferred certifications (Surgical Technologist CST or AST), CPR/BLS, and relevant acute care experience are noted as preferred qualifications; vaccination compliance and E-Verify participation are part of employment requirements.
