Surgical Technologist, Full-Time, Day Shift

Facilitates physician's performance of invasive and therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Handles instruments, supplies, and equipment during the surgical procedure and maintains the sterile field to ensure quality patient care. Prepares sterile table, passes instruments to the surgeon, anticipates needs, and performs instrument counts. Sets up sterile supplies, assists with room turnover, and performs other job-related duties as assigned in a hospital surgical setting. Requires an associate degree or certificate in surgical technology and BLS; CPR/BLS preferred; certification from NBSTSA or AST preferred. Requires adherence to vaccination policy and E-Verify participation.
