Surgical Technologist: Full-time (.8)

Maintain sterile technique of self and staff within the operating room suite, prepare and organize operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as required for various surgical procedures. Anticipate surgeon needs during the procedure, take care of specimens, monitor medications, and assist with dressing placement. Inspect, replace, and sterilize instruments, and participate in stocking, restocking medical supplies, and monthly department cleaning. This role operates on a 64-hour every-two-week schedule including weekend and holiday rotation with a 1:4 weekday call and every fourth weekend call. Compensation ranges from $25.84 to $36.19 hourly, with sign-on bonus eligibility and loan forgiveness available.
