Surgical Technologist (Full-Time) ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

A Surgical Technologist assists during orthopedic and other surgical procedures by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment, maintaining the sterile field, and performing scrub duties. The role requires understanding the procedure, anticipating surgeon needs, and ensuring patient safety through aseptic technique and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, Joint Commission). The position is Full-Time, 40 hours per week, with four 10-hour daytime shifts (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–7:00pm). Requires graduation from an accredited Surgical Technician program or equivalent on-the-job training and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or by 90 days post-hire). Prior surgical experience (1+ year) is preferred. Background check and pre-employment physical/drug screening are required. Essential duties include maintaining sterile fields, performing scrub duties, supporting various orthopedic procedures, coordinating supplies/equipment, promoting teamwork, and contributing to safe patient care and professional development.
