Surgical Technologist First Assist (STFA) - OR - Full Time - Days

Provide direct intraoperative assistance to surgeons before, during, and after procedures by managing surgical exposure, hemostasis, wound closure, tissue handling, instrumentation, and site preparation. Coordinate patient care with the surgical team while maintaining sterile technique and infection prevention practices. Perform duties consistent with ACS standards and Mercy's mission to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient outcomes. Work full-time day shifts with a call rotation in the Operating Room at Mercy Hospital Washington.
