Surgical Technologist

Prepare the operating room for orthopedic, spinal, and pain management procedures, including skin preparation, draping, and post-procedure dressing application. Maintain sterile and unsterile supplies, clean and disinfect instruments, and participate in sponge, instrument, and needle counts with the circulating nurse. Check updated schedules daily to prepare room supplies, stock inventory, and back up the materials manager on placing orders for implants. Requires a recognized surgical technician program graduate, two years of experience, and current BCLS certification. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule at our Carlsbad location.
