Surgical Technologist

Surgical Technologist with CST certification needed to support invasive and minimally invasive procedures under surgeon guidance. Responsibilities include preparing operative settings, maintaining aseptic technique, anticipating surgeon needs, multi-tasking in the OR, adapting setup for various procedures, and ensuring quality patient care during operations. Requires knowledge of anatomy, sterile technique, and pharmacological agents used in the sterile field; must meet the designated clinical recognition ladder for a Surgical Technologist Level III and have at least 4 years of experience. Employment is full-time in Palmer, MA with Baystate Health, and compensation ranges from $31.62–$50.06/hour depending on experience.
