Job Summary
As a Surgical Technician, you will assist surgeons during operative procedures, ensure the operating room is prepared with instruments and supplies, and maintain sterile environments. Key responsibilities include preparing surgical procedures, monitoring instrument counts, using aseptic techniques, and cleaning up post-operation. The role requires a Surgical Technician Certificate, at least 6 months of relevant training or experience, state registration, and basic life support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Surgical Technician Certificate from an accredited college, technical school, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months training, experience, or combination of education and experience
- Current Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
