Surgical Technician

Prepare sterile dressings, assist with sterile drape placement, and provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team during operative and pre-operative procedures while maintaining an organized sterile field. Evaluate and maintain surgical unit equipment, restock supplies, and clean instruments for processing and sterilization. Perform dressing changes, suture removal, and minor clinical procedures in the clinic setting, including patient education and scheduling. Communicate with circulating nurses, providers, and auxiliary departments regarding case preparation, progress, and concerns. This Certified Surgical Technician role requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a physically demanding environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3 pm with limited on-call duty.
