Surgical Technician

Prepare the operating room for planned procedures and maintain adequate inventory of supplies. Set up sterile operating fields with instruments, sutures, and drapes per AORN standards, observing strict aseptic technique throughout the entire procedure. Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and assistants as needed, ensuring all tools, needles, and sponges are removed from the operative field before completion. Overtime may be required. Surgical Technologist certification is preferred, with at least one year of surgical experience or program completion needed.
