Surgical Technician - General Cluster

Select and set up the sterile table with instruments, supplies, and equipment in the surgical suite. Pass instruments to the surgeon during procedures while maintaining sterile technique and caring for instruments post-procedure. Assist in circulating duties as assigned under RN supervision, serving as a case cart surgical tech or turnover team member to meet key performance indicators for efficient patient flow. Requires Washington Surgical Technologist Registration and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Eligible external candidates may receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
