Job Summary
Surgical Technologist performs scrub duties in the operating room, supports the surgical team, prepares rooms between procedures, maintains aseptic technique, and assists during operative procedures. Requires National Certified Surgical Technologist, BLS, California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire, and 2 years of scrub experience in specialties such as cardiovascular or orthopedics. Located at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. Full-time, day shifts with Magnet-designated hospital environment and emphasis on patient-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization
- 2 years of Scrub experience in at least one advanced specialty (cardiovascular, orthopedics, etc.)
