Job Summary
Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals while pursuing leads and assessing needs. Conduct market research on customers and competitors, implementing market development plans and communicating customer feedback to internal stakeholders. Establish product education and manage sales processes for multiple team members. Work independently with general supervision to achieve individual sales targets and expand existing accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 6+ years experience
- Associate's Degree
- 4+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
