Job Summary
Perform scrub duties in the Labor & Delivery OR, providing patient care for clients of various age groups under the direction of a registered nurse. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills while functioning in partnership with licensed staff. Maintain a surgical technology certification and hold BLS certification as required. This role offers schedule flexibility and is part of Piedmont's diverse team focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Graduate of a Surgical Technology program
- 3 years Certification as a Surgical Technologist or of surgical tech experience
- BLS certification
