Surgical Tech Instructor

Teach Surgical Tech course curriculum, including clinical and administrative skills, while preparing instructional materials for lectures, practical labs, and demonstrations. Evaluate student performance through tests, assessments, and practical skills demonstrations, and maintain accurate student records for attendance, grading, and progress tracking. Provide students with real-world examples and insights from personal experience in a medical office setting, and supervise students during clinical practice sessions. Assist in developing lesson plans, maintaining the course syllabus, and updating curriculum as needed to foster a supportive learning environment.
