Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist acts as a member of the surgical team in providing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities include preparing instrumentation, assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining sterile technique, and applying knowledge of surgical procedures. The role requires effective communication within the surgical team and the ability to anticipate surgeons' needs. Candidates should have completed a formal surgical technology program and possess a minimum of two years of experience, with preference for those holding a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) credential.

- Completion of a formal, structured program for Surgical Technology
- Two (2) or more years of experience
