Job Summary
Provides direct patient care in the Operating Room utilizing surgical techniques, operative procedures, and knowledge of operating room technology, while complying with standards for Surgical Technologists.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited post-secondary education program in Surgical Technology
- Command of the standards of surgical technique
- Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of current Operating Room experience
- AST Certification
