Surgical Tech- High Point Surgery Center

Render care to assigned patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Prepare and stock the Operating Room before and after surgery, gathering clean and sterile supplies, setting up sterile instrument fields, and maintaining aseptic techniques. Ensure quality patient care, safety, and advocacy through critical thinking and management of case-specific needs. Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, co-workers, and patients while demonstrating cost containment activities for instruments and inventory. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely care standards for cleanliness and equipment management.
