Surgical Tech Coordinator

Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia personnel, and health team members to determine individual preoperative needs and serve as the primary resource for instrumentation, equipment, supplies, and procedures within the assigned surgical specialty. Plan, implement, and coordinate the effectiveness of patient care intraoperatively while participating in the on-call schedule as assigned. Maintain knowledge of scrub and circulating duties to support surgical operations. This role supports the surgical specialty team by ensuring efficient workflow and patient safety throughout the perioperative period.
