Surgical Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse to join Very Complex Surgical Inpatients team at The Harley Street Clinic. This role involves delivering high-standard care to a complex caseload across specialties including Complex Head and Neck/ENT/Maxillofacial, Upper and Lower GI (HPB), Neurosurgery, Plastic Breast, and Uro-Gynae. The Consultant and MDT create patient-specific care pathways, ensuring diverse and dynamic daily experiences. The unit emphasizes learning and development with internal and external training opportunities, and a culture focused on delivering exceptional care while supporting staff wellbeing. Responsibilities include working within a highly skilled surgical team, contributing to patient care, and participating in a rotation that may include long days, nights, and weekends; the clinic offers opportunities for career progression and access to advanced equipment and practices.
