Surgical Sales Representative (Remote - Denver)

Job Summary
Drive revenue for the breast device portfolio by meeting quotas, executing sales strategies for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders, and building relationships with plastic surgeons, hospital personnel, and internal stakeholders. Conduct case coverage and consult on breast device cases, providing technique considerations and complication management strategies in both hospital and office operating room settings. Manage territory logistics including inventory, samples, VAC approvals, and expense budgets while collaborating with marketing to execute trade shows and surgeon engagement programs. Maintain confidentiality and stay current with industry trends to continuously improve sales execution in this remote role based in Denver.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on medical devices sales
- Bachelor's Degree
- Hands on and proactive attitude
- Able to work within an evolving environment
- Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Able to work with a team as well as independently in fast-paced environment/experience prioritizing
- Program/Project execution
- Experience navigating hospital VAC processes
- Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery is preferred
