Job Summary
Surgical Sales and Patient Experience Coordinator who drives revenue growth by converting incoming leads into consultations across the surgical practice, weight loss clinic, and Dermlounge skin clinic. Responsibilities include closing sales from consultations to surgeries, cross-selling services, refining lead-management SOPs, analyzing pipeline data, and delivering a seamless, luxury patient experience from initial contact through post-op discharge. Collaborates with executive leadership, Medical Assistants, Insurance Coordinator, Dermlounge Manager, and Practice Manager to optimize sales strategies, KPI tracking, and patient handoffs, while partnering with marketing to target high-quality prospects in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of high-end sales experience (Medical, Aesthetic, Luxury Hospitality, or Premium Fitness preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, surgical practice, or medical spa setting highly preferred
- Proficient with CRM software, EMR, and pipeline tracking tools
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with patients
- Ability to translate medical procedures and financial estimates into clear concepts
