Job Summary
Lead business development for Medtronic Hugo Surgical Robotic System in the Western and Eastern zones, owning relationships with top hospitals to drive growth, expand robotic adoption, and deliver high-impact value solutions. Develop and execute strategy with strategic accounts, identify and qualify new opportunities, build proposals and business plans, negotiate contracts, and develop total cost of ownership analyses to support purchase decisions. Engage with surgeons and hospital executives to expand market, manage large or high-visibility accounts, and travel ~30% to meet customers and support deployments. Requires proven ability to negotiate complex terms, develop strategic plans, and drive adoption of robotic-assisted surgery in Saudi Arabia, with fluency in Arabic and English and a strong network in the surgical/operating room ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (life sciences or biomedical engineering preferred)
- MBA preferred
- minimum 4 years of relevant experience in robotic negotiations and selling complex medical devices or capital equipment
- strong understanding of healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia and region
- excellent communication and financial analysis skills
