Job Summary
Lead regional business development for the Medtronic Hugo robotic system in Western and Eastern Saudi zones, owning relationships with top hospitals to drive growth, expand robotic adoption, and deliver high-impact value solutions. Develop and execute strategies to expand and optimize pricing, build long-term contractual relationships, engage with surgeon teams and executives, and develop business cases with total cost of ownership analyses to support purchases. May manage multiple large accounts and travel ~30% to engage hospitals, expand markets, and collaborate with strategic accounts. Requires a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), at least 4 years of experience in robotic medical device negotiations, and strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare landscape; fluent in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or biomedical engineering (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in leading robotic negotiations and selling complex medical devices or capital equipment
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- High financial acumen and MS Office proficiency
