Job Summary
Surgical RN needed to join Tioga Medical Center; duties include pre- and post-operative assessments, IV initiation, operative consent management, patient education, and assisting in the operating room; requires ADN (BSN preferred), ND RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS; part-time or PRN with potential work in Long-Term Care or Hospital/ER; supervisory responsibilities for Pre/Post Operative staff (LPN, Surgery CNA); OSHA/infection control compliance; ability to travel for meetings/education; strong teamwork and communication skills; provides patient care across perioperative spectrum and discharge planning; benefits include retirement plan, paid time off, health and dental insurance, training (PALS/ACLS).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited college or university required, BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of North Dakota required.
- Must have active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
