Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Immediate Hiring

Surgical RN on a Neuro-focused unit responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator. Responsibilities include supervising non-RN personnel, serving as Charge Nurse and Preceptor, coordinating education and discharge planning, and contributing to high levels of service. Demonstrates neuro-specific skills such as neuro assessment, airway management, care for trached patients, suctioning (pharyngeal/endotracheal), endotracheal/tracheostomy care, halo brace care, and ventilator management, with knowledge of the Tia Teaching Program. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, and BLS certification. Med/Surg RN experience preferred.
