Job Summary
Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical troubleshooting for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the Central/South Houston territory. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures, reporting concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager. Perform equipment upgrades, conduct fleet audits, and lead in-service training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications. Support product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives while maintaining accurate inventory tracking for smooth procedure execution. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license, approximately 25% travel, and the ability to travel up to 50% overnight or on weekends. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of required experience.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of required experience
- Field-based role that requires approximately 25% travel
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record
- The ability to travel up to 50% when necessary, which will include overnight and/or weekends, as required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of clinical experience in the OR
- B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant clinical or hospital experience
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
