Job Summary
Physician Assistant in Surgical Oncology focusing on breast cancer care. Role offers an 80% clinic, 20% operating room split with outpatient-based practice and meaningful OR participation. Collaborates with Surgical Oncologist; supports care from consultation through recovery with responsibilities including initial consultations, follow-up visits, post-operative care, and patient education, while enabling autonomy within a physician-led team. Requires CA license and active national PA certification. Opportunity to develop expertise in breast surgical oncology in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no inpatient duties or call. Base salary $145,000–$165,000 with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited PA program with active national certification
- Active, unrestricted California license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 9 months post-training surgical experience preferred
