Job Summary
Conduct breast surgical procedures in clinic and surgery settings, typically two days each week, with the fifth day allocated for catch-up clinical work, administration, or additional surgery. Lead weekly tumor boards and participate in clinical trial research opportunities. Teach residents at two local medical schools. Maintain a comprehensive benefit package including a guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives, a sign-on bonus, and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Washington MD license
- completion of Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship
- fellowship trained breast surgeon
- qualified general surgeon with an interest in building a breast surgery practice
