Surgical Oncologist

Evaluate and manage patients with suspected or confirmed malignancies requiring surgical intervention, performing oncological surgeries in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Radiology, Pathology, and other specialties while actively participating in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and outcomes, ensuring comprehensive pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient outcomes, and implement quality improvement initiatives while adhering to NABH guidelines and statutory requirements. Mentor junior staff and contribute to departmental growth, research, and outreach programs. Monday through Saturday schedule.
