Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and maintain care standards under the direction of the RN/LPN in the Pre Op Ortho Spine Tower. Organize tasks, set priorities, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment while communicating with diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Maintain BLS Healthcare Provider certification and demonstrate the ability to work under stress. Apply knowledge and skills within a facility named Best Regional Hospital and #2 in Alabama by U.S. News & World Report.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Certification must be from a state approved program
- Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
