Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and maintain care standards under RN/LPN direction for Pre Op Ortho Spine Tower patients. Organize priorities, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to rapidly changing environments while communicating effectively with diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Maintain BLS Healthcare Provider certification. High School Diploma required; Active CNA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required
- Certification must be from a state approved program
- Previous patient care experience preferred
- Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- BLS Healthcare Provider must be maintained
