Surgical Nurse (RN) for Operating Room at Yale New Haven Health System. Responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered perioperative nursing care in accordance with ANA standards and the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include nursing process components (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation), collaboration with patient/family and health care team, ethical practice, leadership, and ongoing professional development. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN licensure, BCLS certification within one month of hire, and potential SPIRE clinical advancement participation. Experienced OR RNs encouraged to apply.
