Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (Surgical Nurse) providing professional, patient-centered care in collaboration with the health care team. Adheres to ANA standards of practice and performance, guiding assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, coordination of care, health teaching, and evaluation. Requires CT RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and a BCLS certification within one month of hire. OR experience and potential for SPIRE clinical advancement program are noted. Location: Providence County, RI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.
